Home Service

did a fantastic job fixing my garage door today. He arrived on time, pinpointed the issue right away, and had everything repaired in no time. Great communication, fair pricing, and top-notch work. I’ll definitely be keeping his number saved for any future needs

To my satisfaction but the only thing is that they quoted One price and it cost $100 more not good business

The work was performed quickly and properly.

Very professional and showed up on time, completed the repair timely.

Initial response was prompt. Needed another part so got that purchased then no response at all from the company and the phone number disconnected me. Had to go with someone else.

The repairman was friendly. The spring was replaced but I think I was grossly overcharged. Over 1k to replace the spring. Mostly my fault for not getting more quotes.

Yes Professional

I was contacted by Benjamin (425-543-5522) and a guy named Alex came to repair my broken garage door. Alex claimed that he replaced four springs and adjusted the tension right. But the door opener was broken again after only two weeks. It turned out only there springs were replaced. Tried to contact Benjamin for a revisit and warranty. He just refused and stopped accepting phone calls and messages. This is a fraud. Searched online and other people seemed to encounter similar problems with Benjamin and Alex.

Received different information. One company never showed up. The next said I needed one item to fix. The next said the total opposite. The fourth a different answer. Seriously, is this how companies do business in Florida?!!

The young man showed up , evaluated the problem and gave me a quote . I excepted the offer and he completed the project within an hour ! Job Well Done !!

Fast, Friendly

Fast, reliable, efficient and professional service. JB the technician was professional and answered all my questions.

They called immediately and came out within a few hours and fixed it. Would absolutely be five stars but it was expensive.

Ben was fast & efficient.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Fake, unscrupulous company. Half way into the job of tuning up my garage doors hit me with additional work that needed to be done with outrageous prices. Had to have it done because I needed the door operational at this point. Tuning up 2 garage doors morphed into $1228 bill. They have no website, the invoice had a bogus email and the phone number never returns calls.

Came same day and was reasonably priced.

Robbed me with part price after taking the door apart. I should have known better. Steer clear.

They were quick. A couple folks called and said they could be there tomorrow. These guys called and said they could be there in 45 minutes. They came over, I showed them the issue, and they were done within 20 minutes.

David from Home Service did a wonderful job, and he was very professional. I truly appreciated that.

The tech explained features about the garage door I did not know about and he said it’s now working great!

Technicians examined my garage door and diagnosed the problems with it. They completed repairs the same evening and I had a brand new motor assembly which is quiet and working perfectly since. They do nice work.

They are very good, finished the service for 2 days as they sad and clean up. I want to recommend them to other.

Great job!!

We didn’t realize how much the old ducts were affecting our home until we hired an air duct cleaning team; they arrived with cameras to show us the layers of dust and pollen trapped inside, explained each step before they started, then methodically scrubbed, vacuumed, and sanitized every vent while keeping the floors spotless, and by the time they finished the air felt crisp, the rooms cooled evenly for the first time in years, and even my daughter’s allergies calmed down within a couple of days. They are the best for real
