Missed 1st appointment. When they finally came they did not look at the unit. They asked me how old was the unit and I said 20 years old. They said I need a new door opener. I said could they replace the pc board and they said because my opener was old I need a new one it would cost $1500. When they left I looked at my computer and went to the trouble shooting guide and found out my sensor was moved and I repositioned it and everything worked.

Not reccomend. No English speaking, called fast and offered same day visit, then asked for $879 for fixing, then another $750 and we paid for it. And then another $200 otherwise they would live the garrage door like in the image which are in worse condition than when the project started. Didn't pay that $200. You dissapointed me, Angi.

The guy arrived on time ready to do the job. He was very efficient went over with me. The problems that I was having with my door and step-by-step. Show me what he needed to do to fix the power he replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and all of this did not take no more than an hour and a half. I am very happy with his work and I will be calling them out again for future services.
