STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Fake, unscrupulous company. Half way into the job of tuning up my garage doors hit me with additional work that needed to be done with outrageous prices. Had to have it done because I needed the door operational at this point. Tuning up 2 garage doors morphed into $1228 bill. They have no website, the invoice had a bogus email and the phone number never returns calls.

Came same day and was reasonably priced.

Robbed me with part price after taking the door apart. I should have known better. Steer clear.

They were quick. A couple folks called and said they could be there tomorrow. These guys called and said they could be there in 45 minutes. They came over, I showed them the issue, and they were done within 20 minutes.

Technicians examined my garage door and diagnosed the problems with it. They completed repairs the same evening and I had a brand new motor assembly which is quiet and working perfectly since. They do nice work.

He was here within the hour and solved the issue that morning. New garage door opener is working great!

Missed 1st appointment. When they finally came they did not look at the unit. They asked me how old was the unit and I said 20 years old. They said I need a new door opener. I said could they replace the pc board and they said because my opener was old I need a new one it would cost $1500. When they left I looked at my computer and went to the trouble shooting guide and found out my sensor was moved and I repositioned it and everything worked.

Not reccomend. No English speaking, called fast and offered same day visit, then asked for $879 for fixing, then another $750 and we paid for it. And then another $200 otherwise they would live the garrage door like in the image which are in worse condition than when the project started. Didn't pay that $200. You dissapointed me, Angi.

The guy arrived on time ready to do the job. He was very efficient went over with me. The problems that I was having with my door and step-by-step. Show me what he needed to do to fix the power he replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and all of this did not take no more than an hour and a half. I am very happy with his work and I will be calling them out again for future services.

I do not typically write reviews but Locksmith downtown was excellent! They were incredibly responsive and solved my issue very quickly. They were very nice and professional and I would recommend their services to anyone!
