A bathroom faucet was replaced and a cartridge in another bathroom faucet, to the tune of $237.50. I already had purchased the Moen faucet at Home Depot. They supplied the cartridge at $10.00. I thought this price was to much, but he was here so I went ahead with it. He did a good job and was very polite.

Home Service Corp came out to service our furnace on 10/29 since it would not turn on. The technician stated after 30 minutes looking at the furnace that our control board had failed (shorted) and needed to be replaced. He then called the warranty company stating that the item was costly ($1200-$1500) so they wanted a second opinion on it. Another company was sent out the next day and he found that the issue was one loose wire from the thermostat to the furnace. He spent less than 5 minutes looking at it and the furnace kicked right back on with no issue.

Heard about quite check valve for my sump pump. Serviceman Kevin, found out about it, ordered part, and completed putting on part. Can't believe how quite it is. Sump pump is below master bedroom and has been very noisey for 20 years. Noise GONE FINALLY!!!

They didn't try to scare us into an "upsell" like the company that came first (which is why I didn't hire the first company). While my appointment was scheduled as an emergency, and the technician was professional and knowledgeable, he installed my sump pump incorrectly causing it to run continuously. I had to call again for a follow up appointment. He came back out the same day I called and corrected his error.

My service tech was Gary Gurney....He was very polite and knew what he was doing. He also even took his shoes off upon entering our home. I would very much recommend Home Service Corporation not only for their prompt responce to our needs but the service itself was Excellent !!!
