My deck is solid, but I am still waiting almost 8 months later to have the deck railing finished. I paid in full (foolish me!) and the job is not complete yet. It took over a month to have the old deck material cleared from my property. I had to repeatedly contact Bryan about this. The work that was done is good. My main complaint is waiting 8 months to have the job finished. Paying cash and not having the job complete. I have promises, but no signs I will have handrails for my deck. I have disabilities and falling issues. At the start of the job, I said I wanted railings which I had with my old deck. Dissapointed in the lack of follow-through.

Bryan was great from the get-go. On a night my phone was ringing off the hook with service providers (after 8:30 pm), Bryan texted me and, knowing it was late, said he would contact me the following day....which he did ...We talked about what I was looking for. ...Gave me a good price, came in and finished the work in two days; clean up good....let me annoy him with a bazillion questions and answered every one of them....Would recommend he and his business hands down.
