My A/C unit went out and so I requested quotes from multiple companies through Home Advisor at ~7:30 am. Within 15 minutes I was contacted by Home Shield Heating and Air, Inc., assuring me they would be there by 9 am. John showed up right at 9 am and quickly began working. He was honest and informative about the unit and the repairs it would require, and did a fantastic job completing those repairs. He had all parts and tools available in his truck, to not only repair the unit quickly, but also appropriately. The unit is now adequately cooling the house. I recommend and plan to use John's services for any future A/C and heating needs.
