HomeSmiles Columbus

Chris was very good. Great customer service. He explained the HimeSmiles' process thoroughly before scheduling my appointment. I felt his pricing was reasonable for the work his company would do, so I did not perform any price comparison with other company. He took before and after photos and gave detail explanation, pointing out several problem areas and provided recommendations. Thank you,Chris and HomeSmiles for your excellent service.

Chris did a great job. Showed me pics of before and after. Was very satisfied with the work

Chris was very friendly, explained everything he did, and offered clean up. Will have him again to clean out the dryer vent.

On time service, customer friendly!

Home Smiles did a fabulous job with our vent cleaning. Chris George was informative and thorough with the process. We would definitely hire Home Smiles in the future.

Chris did a great job cleaning my dryer vent and air vents in condo. Cost as quoted. Arrival on time. Very professional. Everything done as agreed. Great person to work with. Will hire again for more projects.

I ask him to add me for next spring and fall. Does that say it all? I highly recommend this man and his company. Truly 5 * service and his equipment too!

Very nice person who did the work. Showed me before and after my spouting work. Nice thing is he doesn’t climb on my roof to do the work showed me the reasons for my problems. Would certainly call him again

Chris was great from initial call, which was less than 5 mins after I put in request. He did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent and helped with underlying issues! I highly recommend this company!!

Chris did a complete inspection of our gutters as he was cleaning them. He also took before and after pictures of our gutters. As he was running water to test the flow of our downspouts he discovered we had a crack in the downspout coming down from the main roof to our porch gutters. He also became aware that the gutter that ran under ground from our house out to our sidewalk was being blocked. Which would cause the water to back up & force the water to over flow the gutters on the main roof. He then took the time to help us clear the blockage as much as he could. I can not thank him enough for the complete job he did for us. He did more for us than what the actual job needed in making sure that water would flow out to our sidewalk away from our house correctly. Chris is going to be the first company I am going to recommend to my friends & neighbors for when they have jobs that need done around the house. He's also recommending someone to replace the cracked piece of downspout.

One of the first professionals to contact me. Made an appointment and he came very soon to inspect what we needed done. Once I contacted him and accepted estimate, he came out within a few days to complete the job. He was great to take pictures. Gutters are CLEAN now. I have already told him I want him to clean the gutters next Spring and wash our outer windows. He offers a list of services so my list of jobs is going to get longer. Saved his flyer. I am going to tell my friends too! I strongly recommend this company!!!

HomeSmiles is an awesome company that believes in great customer service and getting the job done right. We will definitely be using them in the future for other projects. Thank you HomeSmiles!!

I had my dryer vent cleaned. It had not been cleaned for probably 15 years. The serviceman worked diligently, despite the fact there was a large problematic plug of lint. They persisted until the vent was completely clear. The serviceman was polite and respectful. They persisted until the lint was completely clear. The serviceman was the surface man was polite i'm respectful.

Chris is great and very professional.

Very polite, professional and efficient. My windows sparkle now. Would highly recommend HomeSmiles.

Excellent service. Very friendly.

Got the gutters cleaned! Great experience from start to finish. He showed up on time, was super friendly, and charged a very fair price. In fact, his quote was lower than several people I found offering the same service on their own. Honestly, his positive attitude and professionalism were what won me over. The gutters look great, and I’ll definitely be calling him again in the future🍂🍁🍃🌿

I was very pleased with the gutter cleaning that HomeSmiles Columbus performed. Chris, took pictures of the work upon completion. To say, he did a good job would be an understatement. My gutters looked great! Chris, was very polite and professional the entire time. He accommodated my urgent service request when his schedule was full like other companies. HomeSmiles went the extra mile when they didn’t have to. That’s a service I rarely experience these days. I highly recommend this service provider!!!

They were on time did a great job and did a good clean-up after the job was completed. I would hire Chris and his team again.

Arrived in time and finished ahead of schedule by a friendly and professional team! Highly recommended!

Excellent communication as to the work that would be done. Friendly. Efficient. Very professional. Our home looks great!

The came in and showed up pictures of before and after. They did a fantastic job.

HomeSmiles did a wonderful job! We have a 2-story brick home & a separate garage with gutters. Chris arrived on time, eager to get to work. He uses a powerful vacuum system. It had been a LONNNG time since the upper gutters were cleaned, so Chris had his work cut out for him. Our neighbor has a huge oak tree & several large pine trees. His home is to the west of ours, so the wind brings most of the debris to our house and yard. Those nasty pine needles had embedded themselves under the edge of our gutter guards, and over time, they became almost like a thatch roof! Chris was very thorough, took the time required, and managed to remove all of the leaves, pine needles, sticks, and pine cones from the eaves and the downspouts! It was NOT an easy job! I waited until we had a substantial rainfall before writing my review, and he passed with flying colors! HomeSmiles' price was very reasonable, and we now have a regular schedule for them to clean our gutters 2x annually.
