Don was wonderful! I orig. booked an appt. w/ the 1st co. who called. Then Don called shortly after & I told him I had already made an appt w/ someone else. Despite that, he listened to my issues and even offered advice! The next day the co. I orig. booked was a no show. When I callled they were very apologetic so i will not mention names. But that gave me the opp. to call & book Don instead. He came out and I was very impressed with his ability to assess the situation, fix one problem and tell what needed to be done before I could fix the other problem (new parts r needed). He was friendly & easy 2 talk to on top of being Mr. Fix It!

specialists gave a quote that was acceptable... I called emailed him to advise I accepted the quote. He called me back the same day and setup at time to do the repairs.... The specialist explained to me the problem and what he was doing to alleviate the problem... He was very professional...

They did a fine job on our door. We were considering them for another project, but they kept putting us off, so we probably wouldn't re-hire them for that reason.
