Hired this company through Angi. Gave me estimate explaining what I would be paying. I was told there would be charge for labor and material. At the end of job I was shown the bill for the materials. Orlando was contracted to repair a roof and flooring on my garage in August 2021. By March 2022, the roof on all sides of the garage has lifted. I am seeing the exposed nails and the rotted wood below that was not removed. It seems as if he and his crew exchanged a few boards and left rotted pieces. I have sent him pictures and contacted him on the matter. He said he would come and look at the damage. This was weeks ago and he has stopped answering my calls. The contract outlined a 1 year warranty for the roof. Unfortunately, I am not seeing a section here to upload the images of the job. Disappointed in the work as well as his response.
