Refusing to come back and finish the requested job

We hired Jeff to install a vapor barrier in our crawl space due to the high levels of radon in our home. He initially was very responsive and gave us a good price. However, the tech did not show up when expected and ultimately did not complete the job. He left significant exposed areas in our crawl space that we only discovered when our radon levels remained high and another radon company came out and informed us of the situation. We emailed and called Jeff numerous times and he acknowledged that the job was not complete and said that the specific tech installer had already been let go. He kept saying they would come out and complete the job yet never did. He already had our money and we have been trying to reach him for months now but he wont even return our calls or emails. Horrible experience, especially when you trust someone with such a serious home health issue. We DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!!

Great company to work with. Went above and beyond on the installation of my new french drain. Even did some added grading work around my home for free. Everyone at the company from the owner who was onsite, sales staff, the the installation techs were knowledgeable, and hard working. I would use this company again or recommend to anyone who has any drainage issues.
