3 years after they installed a new roof, we have multiple leaks as the spines were installed poorly. Now, they went out of business in the local market - and no one from Home Solutionz will reply. We now have to seek legal recourse as their new roof lasted 3 years - when they sold us on a lifetime warranty, they no longer seek to honor

Bid was well within price range. Communication before and after the work was good. Actual work was high quality. There was a needed change in the design; Heber explained what was needed, why it was needed, and how he would modify the design. Intermittently watched his crew work and was impressed with their skill, knowledge, and finished project. Each day, they cleaned up the work site, and used a rolling magnet to ensure there were no stray nails or screws. All old roofing materials and extra bits were cleaned and removed. Definitely would recommend them for roofing projects.

Heber was friendly and offered competitive prices. The communication with his team was spotty at moments, but overall the project went well and we're very happy with our new roof.

Working with Home Solutionz was great. Clear communication from all in the company we interacted with. Pricing was great and work was done well and on time. Only thing I would change about the experience is I think the new singles on the addition could have been matched a little better to the existing. Overall was a good experience.

Would have given 5 stars, but there were a few little items left unfinished (gutters not nailed back into place, unpainted flashing under a window) and some places where they flashing was bent and the tiles don't lay flat, but overall it was a job well done.
