Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring Installation
OUTSOURCED TO THIRD PARTY WHO WASN'T LICENSED. They demand a huge down paymtent to get on the schedule, but did not meet THEIR schedule. Primarily, because they OUTSOURCED the work to a 3rd party. My husband took time away from work to be available for a Thursday/Friday. The 3rd party installer was in contact, but wasn't able to start until Friday afternoon. Customer service said he was "willing" to work the weekend. Well thanks, but I WASNT willing to stay home all weekend. I explained to the customer service that he needed help in order to finish Sunday - she practially laughed. This poor guy was arriving early and leaving after dark still having to go to the dump and into Phoenix to pick up materials. The work wasn't finished until Monday. MONDAY. We lost the the weekend and an ADDITIONAL work day. Their installer worker hard and did a GREAT job. But I'll never use Home Solutionz again. And I'll make sure and tell all my friends that Angi's installers are not screened if they outsource to third parties who are NOT LICENSED OR REGISTERED.

The installer came on time and was kind. The plank tiles were installed on the 2nd floor of my house. I told the installer to level it properly. They did it so fast and was done in 3 hours. I thought it was great. After 3 days I felt bulging in some areas and a soft spot sinking feeling. This was not the first time I have had plank tiles installed. I am not happy with the installation. They did not level the floor, I called the office and they scheduled it to be redone. I decided not to becAuse of the time and materials that need to be used again. I am not confident enough that they can do the job. They could have done this correctly but it seems like they do not know what they are doing. I will not hire this company anymore.

They were helpful and flexible throughout the process. If something was not right about the job, they addressed it in a timely manner. Briana was especially helpful throughout the process. Only negatives: a foreman never came to the site and was never in touch - one young man did 80% of the work and was left in his own to sort out his own help.

Jesus and Victor were great. Got the work done pretty much on time and efficiently. My main complaint and the reason I did not give 5.0 on everything was this. Jesus and Victor showed up and unloaded. The office kept calling for the remainder of the payment as we had already given them 1/2. The office instructed them to not start until I paid them Then when there was an issue on the floor, the office instructed them not to fix it before I paid an additional amount. There was nothing to stop the workers from taking the money and leaving, never to return. We have had a lot of issues in Phoenix area with scammers. I have never made a final payment before the job was completed to my satisfaction. In fact, two transition pieces were not supplied so Jesus had to come back a few days later to complete the job.

Salesperson was great. Crew was difficult to work with and they refused to work for a period of time because I had not removed the furniture from my entire house even though the flooring was in two rooms and baseboards would need to be installed after the flooring.
