(We even covered the additional leveling cost required as a material and labor courtesy to keep you within your budget sir.) Our team worked diligently through multiple additions and change requests, stayed through the final day to address the remaining concerns and offered a courtesy adjustment for dust cleaning from demo. We respectfully disagree with any suggestion that we intentionally misrepresented the work and believe we made every reasonable effort to bring the project to a satisfactory close."
