I had a great experience in regards to the repair of my garage door the only thing I would have to say is the service guy by the name of Miles Gifford needs to work on being on time for his schedule appt even though he was late he was willing to give me a discount which was great. He was very knowledgeable & gave me great customer service. I would recommend using homesource pros Services.

I had 3 different appointments with this company. They never showed up. I spoke with someone in the office each of the first 2 times and rescheduled and waited because of their positive reviews on this site. The last appointment scheduled was for a Friday between 2:00 and 7:00 pm. We received a phone call at 10:30 pm asking if we still wanted them to come. We declined. Never heard from them again. I cannot recommend this company. Still looking for someone to make my repair.

Installed 2 Garage Door Openers They were initially late for the appointment, but after several calls, I received an adjusted arrival time and it was met. The installer did a great job and completed all the door programming for me. Job done fairly quickly and all mess was completely cleaned up before leaving. Would definitely recommend and use again.
