Poured Concrete Wall Repair
Home Specs did everything I was hoping in repairing the leak in my basement wall. Mike was friendly and informative about the process and finished the job in a few hours. I used Home Specs before for a different crack and feel comfortable that they guarantee their work. BTW when I first called they were able to send an estimator within days and set up repair shortly after.

Outstanding Help With Basement Water Leak Erik came to our home to evaluate a water leak that was coming through the concrete wall in our basement, and he was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to clearly explain the root cause of the problem and walked us through the proper repair options in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was his honesty and professionalism. He didn’t try to oversell anything — instead, he focused on educating us so we could make the right decision. His knowledge of basement foundations and water intrusion issues is impressive, and his recommendations gave us real confidence moving forward with the repair. Concrete Foundation Repair
Elon inspected my foundation to determine what walls were holding water. He took measurements and took time to share a video of the repair he was recommending. I will have four anchors installed on the problem wall at a very fair price.

From start to finish HomeSpec was my choice after several estimates. From when Zach came out for my estimate, he got under my crawl space when others would not, saying it was too low. After accepting their services, it didn’t take long, and Kevin with his crew were at the house, and on time, and during the coldest temps of the year in late January. Having a couple minor setback due to the extreme cold, they still completed on time! Brian, the project manager, stayed in constant contact with me through everything!Everyone was very polite, professional, and respectful to my home. HomeSpec went above and beyond for me with this job, and I would highly recommend them for any basement or crawl space waterproofing project! I liked the work they did so much, I called and thanked them personally! Thank you again for a job well done!!

Waterproofed basement. Did excellent job. Showed up on time. Salesperson knowledgeable and professional. Very competitively priced. Explained process in easy terms to understand. Did not have to dig up my yard, all work done inside. Workers were polite. Note: these pics taken after asbestos already removed from floor. First pic shows where water would drain if flooding would occur. Second pic shows where water would drain all along the wall if flooding occurs.

Several cancelled appointments. Broken down equipment. As a retired veteran I am so disappointed with overselling and job incomplete. I paid 800 and wanted to stop as the quality and speaking to fellows on the job I feel taken advantage of. No way would I ever recommend this company. Most disappointed Iâ  ve been in hiring someone in my lifetime.

Today, Elon W. Came out and gave us a free quote for basement waterproofing. Elon was very helpful and provided knowledgeable information. We enjoyed our experience very much and this company is our front runner for waterproofing. We will provide a review at a later time once we have made our decision. Edit - 1.5 years later: We have had our waterproofing done and have been happy with the work done by the crew. Project manager kept us updated on everything that was happening and all work was finished on time. And the best part - no leaking in the basement :)
