Andy is who you want to perform your home inspection or any testing he is cleared to perform. I say this because once you see someone at work, you know their character and dedication. Andy Gardner did our home inspection today. The inspection was scheduled for 10am and at just about 3:30pm we were done. To say he was thorough is an understatement. When we arrived at the house he was already up on the roof investigating the shingles, gutters, chimney, etc....and he worked his way around the whole exterior, the attic, and the interior, then into the unfinished basement, and the crawl space under the house. He spent a good amount of time discusses how we need to re-grade the landscaping to help keep water away from the home. We learned so much about the property we were buying and about home ownership in general. We feel like we understand much better what we are buying now. Andy was patient and knowledgable. His expertise was invaluable, he even helped use prioritize which repairs and renovations we should take on first. We will certainly be recommending him whenever we have the chance in the future and would definitely use him again. We honestly can't imagine a home inspection being any better than this one was. Andy is the gold standard.

They came on time, efficiently set up the test, gave me a door card to remindme notto go into the basement, and made an appointment to collect their equiptment. Very courteous, and professional.

Andy will go out of his way to try to help you expedite your home inspection. He went to the home 2 days early to get the RADON test started. He took pictures while he was there & saw that we would need roof estimates. On the day of the inspection, he was not only there early, he & I walked through & around the whole house together & he even gave me a quick lesson on drip edges ! He advised me on ways of saving $$ by cooling the attic differently. Next thing I knew, he told me," I have a roofer coming to give you an estimate". Sure enough, a roofer was there in a timely fashion showing me photos & telling me all that needs to be done. He's very thorough, & immediately following his inspection has a slideshow of all the photos he's taken & sits down to explain everything going in his report. The report was received in less then 24 hours. He works very hard & earns very penny !
