While this contractor set things up, and set them up right, the successful completion of the project was totally due to the excellent and hardwoking subcontractors. The contractor showed up only for the estimate, and not once during the work--or even upon completion to check wether we were satisfied! In other words (and possibly due to our limited experience) we felt as if, once we paid, we did not exist for the general contractor! We never got beyond his point man with questions, requests, and potential complaints.

Always on time, kept homeowner advised on all potential problems. Excellent workmanship. Best experience with any contractor I've ever had. Workers cleaned up every day before leaving. All in all, a very good contractor. As of this writing, we are still waiting for flooring deliveries, but that is beyond the contractor's control. As soon as he knew that the material was back-ordered at the factory, he called us to let us know of the schedule slip.
