Brian accommodated us very well by arranging to come soon after all our equipment was delivered. That was great since recent surgery has me pretty much confined to the bedroom and now I can actually see the new TV. :) He was friendly and professional and the price he charged was very reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Brian and his helper were great being very responsive and reasonable. They fixed our speaker problem within 30 minutes of arriving and charged us accordinglly. We have HSH theater card and will call them again when needed. ThanksBrian

Overall I had a good experience with this company and would recommend them. They were able to come and do the project at a competitive price and I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of when I was ready to hire. The cable jack to be associated with this TV was not activated and he was able to go in my attic and do something with the splitter so it worked. The downside of that is that he inadvertently switched off the line running to another TV and we had to wait several days for the cable company to come and fix it. Also what I thought were component cables were actually A/V. But they did program the remotes and it looks gre

Efficient...Was able to install my wall mount sooner than I expected. (How 'bout the same day I requested it) Would call upon them again for other AV requirements I have and will have in the future. Brian was very informative as was his 2 man, (father and son), crew that did the installation. They ran into an issue with the proper and conventional installation but explained the problem to me, and with my okay resolved it immediately and properly. I was charged $250 for their time, effort and expertise and I gladly paid it. They also cleaned up the work area leaving it spotless.

Brian picked up the phone and was very courteous and knew his trade. I was able to schedule the job for the next afternoon. Even though I was quoted a job by 2 techs, three installers came to make sure the job was done faster. There were no surprises and the price quoted was the price I paid. The job was done in timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this installer.

I already had hired this professional but couldn't get phone calls returned only to find he was in the hospital. He is a wonderful guy Not a 5 star company, a million star company. Jeff Greer contacted me and seemed to be a very good professional as well. I will use ServiceMagic again.
