I told homesync that I needed my new gas stove converted to Liquid Propane. The tech they sent was very nice and finished the conversion while I had to leave for an appointment. Called me to say he was done, but the connector to the main line was too big, and I needed to get a new one before he could install, but needed payment for the work done. My mistake, I paid. I bought the new part, he came and could not do it as it was still the wrong size, and he would order the new one. After asking if he was a licensed plumber that could do this, he said no. He texted me that he could not finish the job as he was not an actual plumber and gave me the number of the plumber HomeSync refers clients to. I left a voicemail for this plumber and have not heard back. So not only am I now out $200+, I also still have no stove and need to find someone to check it over and finish the job!

Per Massachusetts state law (248 CMR and M.G.L. c. 142), connection to the gas supply line requires a licensed plumber or gas fitter. We regret not clarifying this requirement upfront. Jeffrey was great! He came over same day that I called for help. Diagnosed my issue with my dryer in five minutes. He was back within a few days and replaced the damaged part. Very experienced. Excellent communication. Respectful. Clean. I am planning on using HomeSync for all my appliance repair needs!
