When I first contacted the Home Team Insdpection Service for Air Quality Testing in my home I asked about the price and was quoted $350.00. The "team" consisted of a father and son who set up their "equipment" - 3 units inside and l outside. I was under the impression that all potential pollutants would be measured...only to find out after I gave the gentleman a $450.00 check that they would only be testing for mold. If I wanted testing done for radon, etc., it would be an additional $l35.00. I feel cheated and "scammed."

Jon Helton and his son team member Zach were professional and thorough in their inspection while at the same time friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions. In addition to the inspection and samples he took for the lab, Jon gave us several helpful tips and suggestions for making the house marketable. I would definitely use Jon Helton and Home Team Inspection Service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of home inspection, including buyers and sellers.

John was very eager to work around my schedule. Although my husband and I arrived a little late for our scheduled time, he and his team of pros were already hard at work. He was very helpful and courteous. Because the seller had not left the garage unlocked the day of the inspection, John went back out on his own time a few days later to inspect the garage. He went above and beyond and I would definately recommend him to friends. Thanks!

John and his assistant were very personable. They did a thorough job inspecting the home. John answered all my questions, and offered some knowledge of some of the elements of the home, like the brick facing of the fireplace, I had no idea it was a certain kind. Positive experience.
