We use HomeTeam Lake Conroe for all of our home inspections. All home inspectors in Texas are governed by TREC so everyone is the same with regards to the actual inspection. What sets HomeTeam Lake Conroe apart from the rest is the quality and professionalism of the reports; they make it easy for home buyers to negotiate the repairs during the price negotiation process. Second the communication thru the entire process is Best in Class, there automated electronic communication software keeps buyers, sellers, agents, and inspectors all informed and aligned with what is happening and when. Jeff Oetkin was professional & great to work with. Answered all my questions & arrived on time giving us very helpful tips & recommendations. The price was much more reasonable than others we quoted. Plus he is certified to inspect septic systems & charged 1/3 of others.

The Home Team Inspection Service team was a good value for the money. They' were fast, efficient and answered any questions we had and went over highlights of their finding prior to their departure.
