Fernando Medina was excellent wi In communicating with me. He explained what his whole home inspection included, discussed price, and set up a date for the inspection. He was on time and very pleasant and professional. Fenando was very "CDC protocol" - wore a mask, gloves, and shoe protectors, and wiped all surfaces he touched with Lysol spray. His inspection was very thorough, even helped me open the ceiling vent in the guest bedroom (thank you, again). He stressed he did not walk on my roof and explained why no one should. When the inspection was completed, we did a walk-through and he explained the issues he found. He sent a complete inspection report via email, including pictures of the issues he found...it was just what I needed to forward to Taylor Morrison for my one-year warranty walk-through. I had the best experience with Home Team, the 2 gentleman who did my inspection not only took the time to answer all my questions, but they also showed and explained everything in detail. They were honest and helpful and infinitely patient as I had a laundry list of questions and concerns. They were amazing. They were able to tell me what was a concern of priority and what was a simple fix. The report was much more thorough than I could have imagined and covered things I had never thought to ask about. It included suggestions on maintenance, repair and what needed professional service and what could be managed ourselves. I 200% recommend them. I am purchasing a house that was built in 1954. They recommended having the pipes scoped and I am so glad that they did as they found a small issue that could be potentially a big one later if not addressed. We would have never known. They even were able to do the termite inspection. 1 stop shop. I love it.

"It is our goal to create understanding rather than confusion and we do not want any client to be unclear as to the items within the findings. At the end of every inspection, we take the time to go over the findings with the client while still onsite. This gives us the opportunity to show the issue to the client rather than having to rely strictly on pictures. Our reports are delivered by the end of the day of the inspection and we tell every client that, if they have any questions once they have the report in hand, do not hesitate to call the inspector for clarification."

"Client had requested that Infrared Camera be used for the inspection which is a service we do not offer. My office staff told client that we had this capability. When we showed up for the inspection, I apologized for the miscommunication and offered the customer a choice to either cancel the inspection (at no charge and go with someone else) or take a discount for our services. Client elected the discount and I made sure that the office staff recognized that these questions should be referred to the owner."
