Hired Joe to repair a dryer FOR THE SECOND TIME in a couple months but of course I didn?t think anything of it just wanted it repaired ASAP but after reading multiple reviews I see they make things worst to assure repeat customers. My condo was being cleaned after they serviced the dryer as I have multiple cleanings at minimum 4 times a month and when the cleaner started the load somehow the water leaked into the downstairs neighbors condo causing ceiling damage!!!!! When brought to Joe?s attention he came out and noticed the hose was detached and stated he did not touch the washer but the way the washer and dryer sits in the laundry area he had to move the washer to get to the dryer. Now this company is refusing to cover the repair cost for my neighbors damages on top of trying to charge an additional service fee for having to come back out to check out their **** up from the day prior. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY!!!

He came out & was very friendly. However, he took our $700 and the repair didnâ t work. When we recontacted him he blocked our calls.l

I had a broken latch on a dryer and the dryer was not drying on one cycle. A full service was done. Joe and his partner went as far as checking the outlet in search of the cause for the dryer not working. They let me know the outlet was only putting out 120, not 240 so that is why the heating element was not working. The door was fixed as well. However, I cannot close the door now with the lint trap in place. A part was also not put back in. When I texted, first, the part left out did not look familiar. Then the work truck was down. Now he is out due to a reaction. I really want to give people the benefit of the doubt so I am hoping Joe will be out on Monday, as he said he would, to look at the door not closing.

Expensive without results.

I hired HomeTech appliance to come out and repair an ice maker, a fridge, and a dryer. Joe went above and beyond to make sure all three of the appliances were done right. He got them all done in one day and the price was right! You can trust HomeTech appliance to get the job done right! For all my future repair needs, I have saved Joe to my contacts! .
