Very happy with the services provided. Steve is responsive and on time. My leftover paint was no good, so Steve was willing to return at a later date when we purchased new paint to finish the project.

Overall I was happy with my interactions with Stauffer's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. The initial quoted work had to be modified after a 2nd look at the project. The final quote was still below some other proposals. Once work started they saw the project through to completion with no gaps in working days. The project did take twice as long as communicated but in the end I am satisfied with the completed project.

Tech came in and jumped at the first diagnosis. The work for first diagnosis led to another problem and screwed up my furnace completely.

"I'm sorry you feel that way, occasionally you can't discover a second issue until the first one is resolved. Each system has several steps in the process to allow you to have heat. Each step relies on the previous step before the computer will move onto the next step."

Steve personally oversaw the replacement of our ductwork, and has been back recently even to install a new register that he special ordered for the job. You can tell he takes pride in making sure every customer is satisfied. So far I am!

Mr. Stauffer was very knowledgeable, good at communicating and timely in doing the work. I question the overall cost of the project, however, I am generally satisfied given I know the work was done by a capable individual.
