I received a clear explanation of the service before hand and throughout the process. They were very meticulous, courteous and respectful of my home. Their equipment looked clean and well maintained. Both my husband and I were in shock when we looked up at the bedroom vents the night after the service. We could see right through - they looked brand new - we never thought it would look that way. My expectations are always very high and I have to say they were completely met by their service. I highly recommend their service.

Beyond professional! Frank and his team were very clean and thorough. They spent 7 days cleaning the dryers vents and replacing the bird vent covers on 66 vents. They found burnt lint in some of the dryers.We were very lucky we timed the work right. I would recommend them to any apartment complex, town home or condo association.

Everything was great! We got our vents and ducts cleaned to improve our air quality. I appreciated the attention to detail like shoe coverings, floor protectors, corner protectors. Great experience from beginning to end! I knew this would be a challenge as our air system and dryer vent had not been cleaned in over 10 years! Frank thoroughly explained the process so we understood what would be involved. His team protected all the work areas and were very diligently, overly impressed! He tested the system once complete, provided a summary of each area serviced and supplied before and after pictures to validate the cleaning. We have scheduled Frank and his team to come back in April to clean our HVAC Unit as the weather warms up! He is the true Ventilation Boss!
