Do not hire this company. Brad Bond installed a a/c and heat pump system in my house 2 years ago. The system has never worked right. After having him out several times to fix the system, I decided to take him to court. I only got partial money back and am stuck with a system that I found out was too small for the square footage of the home. The system needs almost $2,000.00 in repairs. And all of this after he assured the judge he had it fixed the last time he was here. Also after writing a bad review on him after court he called to tell me that I should remove the bad review because it was hurting his business. He needs to understand that the way he treats his customers is what hurts his business. That is also what the judge tried to explain to him. If I could give zero stars this is one company I would give that rating to.

"There is a lot of false information in this review. We work hard to keep our customers happy as you can see from all of our other reviews. The system would be fixed and just fine at no expense to the customer under the warranty provided but was not allowed to do so. The system had been working just fine at the time of her (review is from Darla, not Alan) taking me to court and I had extended my labor warranty to ensure it was not going to be a problem in the future. The load calculation for this home shows that the system that was installed was the proper size. Other options that could have helped where offered at the time of install but passed on by the customer."

Brad is very professional with excellent customer services. He responded to my late evening inquiry and arrived at my home the very next morning in a timely manner. Brad wasted no time working to diagnose the problem with my A/C unit. Brad walked me step by step in finding the issue and explained how the system operates and what the issue was. He showed me the damaged parts prior to replacing them with new parts. He’s honest and upfront even if it’s the worst case scenario which I truly appreciate. Brad was very thorough and patient in answering my questions. I highly recommend Brad’s services and will most certainly higher him again. Brad showed up on time and provided a temporary fix. He gave me a price based on the worst case scenario. When he returned, the solution turned out to be easier than expected and he adjusted the price. I was happy to get the problem solved and with the timeliness of the repair. It was probably a little more expensive than I hoped but overall I was glad to get the problem solved.
