They completed everything we asked them to do

Good quality work at a very reasonable price.

They did show at the appointed time. They did not call to reschedule. They did answer their phone when I tried calling them. Called over a 2 hour time period.

So far on this voyage with Hometown, it has been very smooth sailing initially and then not. The initial job was to remove some trees on my property, which went very well and because of it, I added additional work which required me to pay half for materials. A little over a week ago, on Thursday, I got a call saying they had some rock leftover from another job could they start with it and be back the next Monday. No sign of them since the initial 2 ton of rock and worse of all after multiple calls, no returned calls. If I end up getting the job completed I will update this review to reflect that, if I lose my money down and they do not come back, I will also come back with a warning. Update 12/16/2020 Hometown finally got back to me with excuses of Covid 19 and phone problems that took about 3 weeks to sort out. They did a beautiful job on my patio pavers though it was done by a subcontractor since their crew was unavailable. Felipe and Jonathan were the subs which I get the impression they've used before, highly recommend their work. The big picture in this case was that had I known Arizona contractor rules I would have been more detailed in my expectations and gotten desires on paper so as to remove some of the problems encountered in this project. I would hire them again, they did very good work, but with much clearer understanding for both of us so as to eliminate or reduce problems. The same would apply for lien releases for partial and complete payments.

They ruined our newly installed artificial turf. They will not return our calls regarding this problem. We are extremely unhappy!

I highly recommend Hometown Landscaping, knowledgeable and hard-working.

They put in a bid, came promptly, got the work done very well on two jobs, worked hard.

Someone came out and talked to us but I never received an email with a quote.

Nathan provided a detailed quote. He did not push anything I did not specifically request. I asked about planting a couple of trees and he suggested a later time for optimal planting success. That impressed me. I recommend this company.

Although Nathan was very kind when he came to give an Estimate, Gabriel did the work, and we were disappointed in that he finished in one hour fifteen minutes and my husband being Medically Compromised, went out and had to pick up a bit of yard debris that was left, we felt that the job was hurried as it was hot out, we were generous, however, and would have paid more if the time had been better used.

Worked very hard to make sure I was completly happy.

They did the job very quickly and cleanly.

They do not snake out downspouts which are where the problem is. Also unhooked my watering system but did not re attach nor did they tell me. I was without *water* for 2 days and it has been really really hot.

Our project turned out great, and we are very pleased with the results. Workers were skilled and professional. Communications could have been better during the project, but the end result was just what we envisioned.

Very professional and worked quickly with great attitude and attention to detail. Very good value for the price. I will be using them again for future projects

After trimming the shrubs, they cleaned up and hauled all trimmings away. They were fantastic!

Owner Zack gave me lots of time during estimate process. He and his crew were on time and we reviewed all work to be done. Sean and Emeril were professional and efficient. They did everything I needed and had me review work several times to ensure I was happy. They cleaned up everything and my house and property look great.

Zach did a good job on our landscaping project.

I hired them to distribute 50 tons of rock in landscaping in my back yard.

Zach & crew came in and removed 1 stump, 1 dead tree, and one diseased Sugar Bush. Quick clean easy peazy. They also upgraded my irrigation drip system (at my request) to a system that will save me about $2-300 a year. Very pleased.

Zack, did a really great job with trimming back my trees and I was really pleased and wanted to hire him back to do a couple other projects that he quoted me on. But, I have called and texted and have left several messages and Zack has not responded back. I even went to his web sight and signed in and tried to get a reply back. :(

Showed up as scheduled, did the work in a professional and efficient manor, very pleased with the outcome............Getting more quotes, for other work..........
