Joshua and his team did a wonderful job on our chimney. He provided us a few different options for the job. He followed up on the process of the job until it was completed. Highly recommend to family and friends. Thanks again to Joshua and his team.

They do not show up when they say they will and if they do they are only here for a few hours and then leave and then you do not see them for a week or so ! We have 2 outside walls of our home ground out for new mortar that they was to put back and left after we have gave them $ 16,000 dollars. We do have a law suite against this company for stealing and not finishing work that they agreed upon in a contract ! I do not recommend this company to no body ! BEWARE of Home Town Services s they are a joke !!!!

I paid this company $1100 cash upfront which was 50 percent to replace my chimney liner. I paid it on 4/21/21. It is over two months later and they still have not done the work. They are not returning texts, emails or phone calls. The last I heard they claimed they were sick, but the wife who is supposedly in the hospital is still updating her Facebook page with new profile pics. None of her family is indicating either that there is any illness. I am sensing they are lying to me. I want the work done or my money back. Do not trust these people.

The guy does great work, that is if you can get him to come out, took almost 2 months to finish the chimney.

He came when he said he would come. Josh did his work well and efficiently. We will definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

Home advisor application is very difficult to use

I would have been okay had they come out and repaired the issue, but they do not even answer my phone calls, texts, or emails. It is simply bad business. I have an animal in my house and have to stack wood in front of my fireplace so it cannot push the door open. I should not be going through this. I do not feel that it is safe for me to bring my grand kids in here.

Very easy to work with

I highly recommend Josh and Deana! I needed a hole bored through my home's brick facing in order to install a new dryer vent. Turned out not to be as straight forward as it seemed. Nevertheless, Josh overcame the difficulties and produced a smooth hole which fit the dryer vent perfectly. Then he installed the vent and anchored it to the facing. Excellent work!

They used the wrong color grout (gray instead of tan) in their tuckpointing repairs. They also missed a number of bad cracks on the chimney. We were out of town when the work was completed and did not have a chance to inspect the work. We paid them half the amount that day and they called back the next day asking for the remainder. I explained that I was concerned about paying for the job without seeing it - they assured me that would not be an issue as customer service was extremely important to them. When I did see the sloppy/incomplete work, I sent them messages . I even offered to accept a 50% refund and I would find someone else to redo/complete the job. I did not receive one response from them.

This company is not responding to my call and texts to get my deposit back

Josh & Jeff completed the job as stated and even went the extra mile when additional issues were discovered. I highly recommend them and will call them back if I need repairs in the future. Thanks...

HomeTown Services is an amazing company. They came out and gave me a free estimate on what would be done. Deanna and Josh went way beyond what they said they would do. If I ever would need them again just know I would 100% call them again. They are awesome and so kind and nice. Can't say enough of them. Thank you to Deanna and Josh.
