Jim was responsive on a Sunday morning water leak in our garage. Thought it was water heater, however it turned out to be the AC drain line. Jim was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I told him he is now “our plumber”. Highly recommend Coleson Plumbing!

They were on time, courteous and kept me informed.

Phenomenal job! Jim came out on the weekend and quickly installed a new water heater. Quality work and he gladly explained the parts, process, and many details. Answered all of my questions with professionalism and allowed me to learn best practices. As I first time homebuyer, Iâ ve dealt with a list of contractors and this was one of the best experiences. I will be acquiring their services for future situations and additions. Roll Tide!

Jim and his apprentice were great. They came when the said they would be here and did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Arrived a few hours later with everything to complete the project. He was great to work with. Transparent about the cost. Work was done professionally and he was a great guy. Would recommend 100%.

Great work and experience

I highly recommend Coleson plumbing. James promptly came to our house to see what the problem was with our water heater. He fully explained the problem and the corrective actions needed to fix it as well as other options. We had a new water heater installed. James definitely is a PRO. Give him a call. You will be happy you did.

Put down the keyboard and mouse. Call these folks. You will thank yourself later. None better.

James Cole is a very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced family business owner. First call after filling out home advisor form online for quote. Came out quickly (same day within a few hours),, repaired our hot water heater for reasonable amount and had an in-depth consultation about the possibility to convert to a tankless water heating when we need a new one. Will probably be doing business again with him soon.

The water heater in my house went out and I had called my regular heating and plumbing company to come out and give me an estimate. I was quite surprised by the estimate they give me. Went on home advisor to get estimates. Coleson Plumbing responded immediately and give me an estimate that was HALF of my original estimate. I sent them pictures of my water heater and they determined what needed to be done. They were out the first thing that next morning. They did a very professional job, kept me informed along the way, and explained what they had done at the end of the job and showed me what everything was and what it did. I cannot state enough how professional they were. Will not hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend their services.
