I was very leery about hiring a contractor, for this project, but when Megan came out and pointed out the hail damage , to my roof, and explained that my insurance would pay for the work, I knew I had found an honest, person to work with me. She helped me thru the claim process, and even met with the adjuster, to personally show him the damage,. Thanks to her and het very professional team, my roof is once again, water tight and whole, and also my bank account did not suffer the damage I was expecting. Thank you again Megan , you are truely the best.

The whole project experience was great. The job was completed on-time and the company helped me understand insurance claims. Materials were good quality roof shingles, nails, felt, etc. Final project is looking good and firm, we ve had some bad wind storms in El Paso already, and it is holding great.

Ripped off a continuous membrane roof and replaced it with a low-quality roll sheeting which the manufacturer said was designed for low pitch carports. Workmanship was terrible. The workers told me they were painters and had never done a roof before. Left a mess and damaged the painted exterior walls. After I got lectured about communication I sued her in binding arbitration. I won the arbitration and the full amount was refunded. A smooth talker, but she did not perform what she was contracted to do.
