I was truly delighted with my upgraded bird houses, and Will was a calm, proficient and polite professional. His suggestions also improved the original houses, & they blend in very nicely.

Response was quick. Communication was really good before, during and after the job. Everything went very smoothly. I regret not calling Home Valet Pros sooner and letting the work (replacing the microwave vent outside) go undone for so long.

We had a project to replace drywall and insulation after waterproofing and mold remediation was done. The Project Manager was very engaging and the schedulers were polite and wonderful. Melvin who did the work took his time to make sure everything was done right even though it went over his time and at times even staying late to finish whatever he could. Very happy with the work that was done. Very much appreciated.
