Marc Greb and his team were very efficient and friendly. Work was completed in a day. All of the debris was cleaned up and even cleaned out my gutters. They did a magnet sweep to collect any nails. My roof looks great. I am very pleased.

Mark Greb of HVR reached out shortly I submitted the Home Advisor request. Frankly, what he told me seemed almost too good to be true, but he kept every commitment he made and we could not be happier with HVR'S work and customer service....outstanding in every way. And our yard was cleaner after they left than it was when they arrived. We are very satisfied with Mark Greb and HVR!!

Mark at HVR was on top of things and communicated with us throughout the entire project. The work was completed without a single issue and it was done fast but very efficiently. Our roof looks great. Our neighbors have also been commenting on how nice our new roof looks. They installed new gutters, new ridge vents, and nice drip guards that look fantastic! We are very happy with the work and the communication during this repair/replacement of our new roof. We will definitely return and I HIGHLY recommend this company! I had a roof and gutter replacement done by HVR. This was not a storm damage claim and all monies came from my pocket so I needed someone that would give me the most bang for my buck. I found HVR through HomeAdvisor and decided to have them come out for a quote. The other quote I had was the same price but did not include a ridge vent. Even with new gutters and downspouts installed HVR had them beat! The main thing I liked about this company is the spot on communication and the on time service. If you are like me you want to be in communication at all times and when someone tells you they will be at your house at this time or we will start at that time you want that to be the case. Mark was very flexible with his time and never once did he show up late for an appointment. He said what time and day his installation teams would be there and they were right on time. When I am spending my hard earned money and have to take time off work, these are the most important attributes I need to see in a company in order to recommend them to anyone. These guys did great work in a timely manner at a fair price and have a fantastic warranty to boot. I highly recommend them if your time and money are important to you!

Make sure you see all of the items you are getting and that they are the correct color. Don't go by the name of a color without seeing a sample of that color to make sure it is correct for your project. This company was outstanding and they were all hard workers. Mark was great to work with. I felt very comfortable with the whole group that did our roof.

Mark and team did an amazing job working with my insurance carrier to cover nearly all the costs (only limited because we upgraded our gutters) involved in replacing most of my roof. The roofers were polite and did an excellent job knocking it out of the park in just two days. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I ever needed any other services they could provide. I contracted with Home Value Renovation to replace my entire roof in September 2017. It was supposed to be a three-day job, but took over four months to complete. Although the project coordinator was pleasant and professional, there were multiple problems with the crew and workmanship on this job. I was promised a professional installation; no damage to newly installed gutters, protection of shrubbery and grounds, and complete daily clean up of debris. On day 2 of this project, I witnessed the roofing crew closing up several peaks of the roof, nailing up shingles on top of bare wood, without the required roofing felt underlayment. I called up to them to remove the last few courses of shingles, revealing the bare wood, and had them put up the underlayment and then re-install the shingle courses. The project coordinator assured me that the crew was experienced and would correct any shortcuts and do a professional job. After the installation was completed, I showed the coordinator the damage the crew caused to my gutters; they had crushed several lengths of gutter with their ladders. This was a potential concern of mine, and I was assured that the crew would be careful and that the company would take care of any damage caused. There was a lack of care and consideration with regard to the property clean-up with scraps of sheet metal scattered on the property and found in my dog's mouth, sheet metal screws and roofing nails in my outside air conditioners, and sheet metal screws embedded in my car tires. As HVR was repairing the gutters, they also damaged the existing gutter guards in a few gutter sections, and they had to also be replaced. It was painfully apparent that there was a water leak in one section of the roof, which damaged a second-story bedroom wall, and several water leaks inside the garage. It is important to note that I had no water leaks whatsoever before HVR began their work on the roof. HVR assessed that a valley was not properly flashed and had leaked. They, of course offered to rectify the issues and fix the leak, and also to take care of all interior damage to drywall seams and repaint these two areas (upstairs bedroom and garage). Several outside flood lamp bulbs needed to be replaced by HVR because the roofing crew shattered the existing ones. By the way, I provided all of the replacement bulbs, and I cleaned up the glass shards from my patio. In all fairness, repairs, replacements, and wall refinishing were all completed by January 7, 2018. In summary, we had contracted for a 2-3 day roofing project, which turned into a four-month ordeal. While we very much appreciate the efforts of HVR to eventually make things right and corrected their mistakes and fault, it put us in a long-term state of constant repair scheduling and stress.

We selected Home Value Renovation to replace our roof 3 1/2 years ago. At that time, they were very professional and responsive to our concerns and questions. We are very happy with our roof. It looks wonderful and we have had no problems. On occasion, hail has moved through our area since that time. Recently Reno came to our home at our request to inspect our roof to make sure we did not have hail damage. We trust their assessment and are so happy to have selected a company that is responsive and reputable.
