I brought Home Value in for a full backyard hardscape and landscape project, and from the first walk-through to the final sweep, they were solid. They showed up when they said they would, no surprises, no runaround. They?re so easy to reach, quick to answer questions, and they kept me updated instead of leaving me guessing. What really stood out was the honesty. If something wasn?t needed, they said so. If there were options, they?d explain the pros and cons without any pressure. And when the work was wrapped, they left the place clean and tidy, no mess left behind. Bottom line? The result came out better than I pictured, and we feel like every dollar we spent shows in the final product.

Pro stated i had to give 50% down payment to start the job .I was told 2 job was going to take 2 days to complete.after down payment never show up never call.every time I call never answer my call. One week later they finally come started removed 2 pavers didn't finish nothing. The next day they were asking me to give another portion of money ,I refuse I told them when they have their worker on site I will make another payment. The contractor show up to my house saying they cant work cause the pro not paying them .I heard him arguing on the phone with them. Therefore they took their tools and left and apologized to me .since then iv been calling never answer.
