Scott fixed the dryer of my 2 year old Electrolux stacked washer/dryer quickly and effectively. He was quite professional, arriving promptly at verified appointment times. In addition to doing an excellent job, he guaranteed the work for 90 days, with the new dryer parts carrying a 1 year warranty.

Showed up on time and let me know what the problem was and said he needed to replace a part. He said he could go get the parts and be back in hour and a half. Hour and a half later he had the part and fixed the ice machine. Very friendly and knew what he was doing. I would hire him again.

Scott came to check our dryer and it was a simple fix. Then we ask what else he fixed and checked our washer and our dishwasher. Fixed all the 3 and checked our garage disposal. So helped us out with a few things. Was very friendly and did everything fast and clean. Thanks Scott for helping out two elderly folks. Made sure everything was working right.

We had him come out to fix my dryer. I already knew what the problem was. I just need him to fix it because I couldn't get to it.. So he gets here tells my dad what the problem was. And tells me oh I have another job to do so I'll come back. But first he needs a deposit of $150 to come back. He comes back and says shoot he doesn't have the part and it'll be extra for the part. I though he knew what he needed. I told him I'll buy of Amazon can he put the part in. He said yes sure I'll knock $20 off. Next day he gets here only fixes 1 part,even though it was 4 pieces that needed to be changed to fix it. I was not happy with him

"We replaced the pulley wheel, dryer belt and all four support rollers to get the dryer rolling again. After months of letting the damage build, some minor noise from one roller shaft persists post repair. Reality after years of wear. Way quieter than before. Cheaper than buying new. Remember folks every dollar spent goes toward the support for the Texas Amputee Golf and Wellness Foundation @tagwfsa. Sorry the outcome didn?t hit 100% of your expectations."

We had a concern with our stove top. Of course being first time homeowners we didn't know where to start. We knew our warranty for our appliances was expired. Scott was able to get here in a timely manner to look at our stove. He found the issue, explained the repair needed and explained the cost. He even offered us a warranty plans for any future concerns. Scott was very informative, honest and professional. Great experience. We will for sure be recommending him to family & friends!
