Well, this is the second time I used Homezone for my home improvement project. Again, I was very pleased with the outcome. Today, it was Jay and Rob installing my front bay window. In a crazy hot day and all the unforseen problems my home did indeed give them, they muscled through solving each problem creatively. I had to tell Jay, "He's like an artist," solving all these issues beautifully. Can't thank you guys enough.

I was very happy with Homezone their rates were very reasonable, they worked with me to made sure all the supplies were delivered Very professional staff Ken and his crew were very professional they arrived on time each day worked very hard it was hot one day cold and windy the next day and that didnâ t stop them from doing their jobs they cleaned up each day They were friendly and respectful . I would happily recommend them

After the mitigation company came in and found that there was still a ton of wet drywall, insulation, and flooring we told Home Zone we needed to move forward with insurance. The insurance adjuster came out to our home and was dumbfounded that anyone would have thought that $2,500 was a reasonable offer, we settled with insurance for $13,000 and we have had no contact from Home Zone since we said we wanted to move forward with an insurance claim. After going through everything we have and having Home Zone employees in and out of our home and comparing the reviews with the business cards I have collected from them I see why they have decent reviews because they are all from employees. I would not recommend Home Zone to a single soul. I think their customer service is awful and the fact that we never received as much as a sincere apology blows my mind. They have even continued to send automated emails and letters asking for reviews and referrals. I have never worked with a company as unprofessional as Home Zone and I hope that no one else falls victim to their claims of excellent customer service. We went with Home Zone to have our roof replaced even though their price was higher than other companies because the employee who came to our home to do our quote was very nice, he was professional and seemed to be well educated on the product. He showed us that they were licensed and insured, which was important to us. When we asked if all the work was done by in-house employees, he confidently told us yes, we have come to find out that all of the roofing work is subcontracted which if we knew to begin with, we would not have used them. To wrap it up, Home Zone started our roof on February 7, 2023, by February 9, 2023, we had a flooded kitchen, crawlspace, and sunroom with not even as much as an apology before offering an amount that was truly a slap in the face at negotiations and the only thing that was consistent throughout the entire process was their unprofessionalism. I would not recommend Home Zone to anyone. Today is April 16, 2023, and I am still dealing with the mess that Home Zone created. If you only take one thing from this review, DO NOT USE HOMEZONE FOR YOUR NEXT HOME PROJECT! I have included photos of what our kitchen looked like when they offered us $2,500.

At the time this was done, the crew would not show up for days/weeks at a time. Management tried hard to get the situation under control. Initial clean-up after completion was shoddy, had to call them back to do it again. Informed them to not mess with Solar wiring, they did anyway and put the solar warranty at risk. Hopefully, they are better now, but in 2019 it was less than mediocre.

Fast and clean installation

The salesman was a salesman. They were there to collect the final check faster then they were to honor their contract of doing the job on time. I had to call the office twice a week for 10-12 weeks to find out what was going on, when my contract said they would be out and done in 4-6 weeks. And honestly I got all the office drama and all the covid excuses. I will never be hiring these people again. One man in the office actually asked me why I waiting so long to get my roof done. THAT WAS RUDE. I didn?t I just bought the house and call them immediately. The owners are crazy and don?t take real reasonability for what?s going on in their office or what their crews are doing. I spend 3 days doing their work. Also when you call the office, no one has any idea what?s going on. Cherry on the cake, I had to call the dumpster company to get their rented dumpster off my property because they never did it. This company was a nightmare to work with. No customer value.

Very enlightening and productive

They actually have not begun the job of roofing they have provided me with financing and completed all the measurements.

We were very happy with the job Justin and Seth did installing our vinyl siding. They were very friendly and professional. Justin explained how and why he did things. He also asked our personal preferences. They had a very good work ethic and payed special attention to details. They cleaned up daily. We would highly recommend HomeZone for the quality of work ad quality of materials used.

I liked how the team interacted with me along with the overall quality of their workmanship. Innovative and thorough are what resulted. Though things didn't fall within the time frame initially thought, I would easily recommend them.

They make you go through their whole presentation which takes too long, but they worked with us and were very professional and trustworthy.

They worked long hours to get my roofing job done. Very professional and polite. Got to my job right away.

Worked with them a year ago, they were very ineffective in application of the service, came out one day and next day their would be an excuse why they could not come out. The service provided was not up top my standard. Will update if things change.

They were able to get the job done before Christmas. The other companies couldn't get to it until January or later. They kept me informed when they would be coming to my house. The employees were polite and efficient. They cleaned up the mess. I would hire them again.

Sales rep, office staff and work crew were very helpful and knowledgeable. If I had questions they were easily answered. All employees I dealt with were very friendly. Roof looks great.

There was one small aesthetic issue when they were done that I wanted changed. They fixed it to my satisfaction without question because they said I should be 100 percent satisfied. I would recommend them for your roofing needs.

These guys were exceptional from start to finish. We contacted them for 4 living room window replacements. The gentleman that came to our home was professional and friendly. He explained that Home Zone windows were slightly more expensive than the big name brand facilities and explained why. Once the windows came in 4 gentlemen came for the installation, they were exceedingly efficient and had all 4 windows installed and were cleaned up in about 3 hours. Very professional. We will be using them again next year when we replace more windows.

Everyone from the salesman to the installers were wonderful. Very professional, polite and neat. The work was completed on time and of great quality. I could not have asked for a better company and install.
