Hired for hauling heavy items and waste. 3 ladies showed up and did a nice job! They were on time, professional and hard working. So, I decided to hire again to help move a few very heavy items from one house to another. I confirm the date and time with Jeremy a few days prior. The night prior the guy who was supposed to help us move left a message that he had a long day and was sorry to call so late 8:30pm and wanted to know what time to be at our house the next day. I called him right back and he didn't answer so I left a message confirming he was scheduled to be at our home at 10am. At 10:10am the next morning he called and said he didn't check his message and was wondering what time to be there..... I told him he was late... we told him never mind we couldn't wait any longer so we had to do it ourselves to get the moving truck back in time. Not happy..

We were out of town for medical reasons and our freezer died. It was full of food and in a hot garage. It was a nightmare. They came and removed it and disposed of the awful contents. We were truly desperate and they understood the situation. They charged a fair price and we highly recommend them.
