We have an excellent reputation in the community that our owner, Dale Schneider, is native to and has serviced for over 30 years. When you call, Dale will personally consult with you, listen to your needs and give you proper expectations of what's involved in your job, with a firm and detailed bid. Dale will be on the site of your project monitoring its progress and bringing his master craftsman skills to the job. You will be provided his cell phone to address any questions, concerns, design changes, or other needs that may arise. All of our crews are craftsmen in their own right with years of experience in their own trades. They are professional and able to provide quality customer service. Customer service was outstanding. After being stood up by another company, I called Home & Building Services 1, LLC and spoke with the owner Dale who literally appeared at my house within a 1/2hr of speaking with him. Polite, honest, and the work was completed to my satisfaction within a 1/2hr. The only problem is that I did not call him first! I will not make that mistake in the future. Thank you Dale!

We were on vacation with a snow storm back home and Dale got back to us very quickly. He was able to have our driveway completely cleaned before we got home and kept us up to the minute on details. Also the price was extremely reasonable. I'll definitely be calling Dale/Home & Building Services in the future.
