Art did a great job on putting up our ceiling fans and painting our stairwell.

Art was very professional and courteous. He did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend him. I will be using him in the future when I have a project that I need help with.

We hired Arthur to repair termite damage to the house, replace the exterior with new stone and steel siding, paint all brick, porch wall, etc... He was to start and finish in 3 months. That was in early spring of 2023 and as of today, he has not completed the project and what he did complete was incorrectly installed via the manufactures written confirmation. He lied, made up reasons he had not finished such as weather, said he was sick, daughter was sick, was in a wreck, said was in court because wife cheated on him, wife beat him, begged for extended payments for daughters birthday, Christmas, food, etc..and I felt sorry for him so paid labor in advance - stupid me. We wanted to believe the missionary was a good honest man and just needed our help - he was not. We are now out over $50k in labor and material. We have hired a new contractor who has shown us every thing that was done wrong which was 99% of his work. We are to appear in Court September 19 but I am sure he will never pay us back regardless of how the Court rules. We offered for him just to repaid the pre-paid labor and not go to court. He ignored the demand letter for completion and our offer.

Mr. Forester resealed the mobile home roof, painted porch roofs and the top section of the home. He repaired 2 walls and a section of the floor near a doorway. The floor was very challenging b/c of the sliding door frame. He built a new trap door in the porch for access to the septic system. He was diligent and got everything done. Highly recommend.

The work on my deck was not completed. Wanted more money for the completion. Quote had already been given to me after viewing the deck personally by him. I finished the Job which took me 9 more hours of redoing what had already been done and painting the rest of the deck. Very sloppy work and wasted the 3 gallons of Deckover paint that was to be used. I had to buy more paint to complete the Job. I went on Angi's list to hire a reputable service with guaranteed work. What I got was, no written quote, no guaranteed, sloppy work, work incomplete and refusal to work his customers to resolve the issues. And no support from the staff at Angi's to make this guy accountable after the fact. If you have Services/Business's from a major? site that will not work with their Customer's when they are not completely satisfied with the work they performed and will do nothing to help get it resolved, then "the business should never be allowed to be a part of Angi's list". I will never use the site again.

I was very pleased with the promptness that Art answered my call and his arrival on time. I had experienced a problem with the latch on my storm door. He quickly found the problem and corrected the problem. Very competent and pleasant to work with. Will definitely call him when I need services in the future

Art was very professional and responsive. He came quickly after the call and was able to set to work right away. He repair the wall and reinstalled closet shelving that had collapsed. He made it better than before, taking care to bolt everything to the studs so I never have to worry about another mishap. Iâ ll call Art for future work!
