I was browsing at Sam's Club and had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth from Homefix Custom Remodeling. She was incredibly friendly and approachable, making it easy for me to converse with her. As we talked, I learned about their incredible offers, and it felt like fate because I had already been considering replacing my roof. HCR replaced skylights, gutters and downspouts and removed the old roof and installed a new Solar Shingle roof. Through the entire process from order to financing to installation and site clean up everyone I dealt with was professional, informative, courteous and efficient.

im only going to be giving three stars. they did the roof in a timely matter and with little issues. the reasons for the 3 star rateing is for 1) the amount of nails in my yard that i had to go around and find. i have a toddler and a dog. my child was the one who first found a nail and brought it to me. we found several nails and one long string of nails that im assuming are meant for a nail gun. it doesnt take 5-10 to walk around my small home to make sure everything is collected when a job is done, especially if there was plenty of day light still out. for a company that claims to have been around for 30+ years, i would think they would afford some magnets and do a sweep around the area. 2) when i messaged the man who was in charge of our transition, sending them images of everything i had found around the house and all i got was 'im sorry, we tried'

John Boccia was great throughout the entire process. He came out to our house and explained the process, the products they utilize and the features and benefits. He remained in contact with me before installation and right after to ensure my satisfaction. He had their teams return to my house to check up and ensure nails were removed from the yard and driveway and is even coming back to talk about window replacement for the future!

Everyone involved were friendly and honest. The crew was on time, did a great job - finished our roof in one day and left the yard clean. Our roof was in great need of some repair as well as needing shingles replaced. We would recommend Homefix to anyone.

We hired HCR to install a new roof, new windows, and new insulation in our attic. Our entire experience from the presentation, installation, and completion were all done with great professionalism and much satisfaction. Understanding our high expectations, we felt that the entire team at HCR delivered on their promise to provide excellent work and customer service. We would again, and are considering having HCR do other projects for our home in the future and I would certainly recommend to anyone to work with them for any projects your home may require.
