The installation of the gutters were done in an outstanding manner. The quality of the material that was used was also outstanding. The installation of the gutters took two days. The gentlemen were on time, they were very professional, took their time and did an outstanding job!!

I am very pleased with the final installation. The door adds to the look of the exterior of my home. I was also impressed with the number of representatives who came by to check on the installation, answer my questions, and to call attention to the transfer of the life time warranty to any future owner. From sales to cleanup ,it was a top notch job!

Did not call to let me know they were coming out; just a text message the job was completed. Left a bag of trash behind the house and found gutter spikes in the yard.

I would recommend these guys to anybody. This guy started at 8:00 and worked until job was done at 4:00. He installed 11 windows. The installer knew how to do his job. The rest of the people who helped put this job together are great to work with and told me about every part of the job. They explained every detail of the window and how it would be installed and how to work it.

They were wonderful to work with and fixed our door in less than a day when they started the job. For a custom door it took a while. About a month or so, but it was well worth the wait!

Did not do what agreed to with owner consent first. Did not complete repair as asked for/described. Coming back to fix mistakes in roof after new roof was installed. Did not coordinate time of repair work with owner before performing. I am willing to update the stars when I get what was agreed to.

I made a $1000.00 down payment. They measured. I was told the beginning of Sept they would install my door. That was weeks ago. Have never heard anything else from them. Guess they took my money and run. Totally unhappy. Plus this is the second Co. I have gotten thru HomeAdvisor, that I was totally unhappy with. Feel, we can not use anyone recommended through you either because this should not be happening. UPDATE 9/12/19: I have my contract with HomeFix custom remodeling to replace our sliding door. It reads completion date Sept 12th, 2019 Which is today. We have reached out to them, but cannot get them. To todays date, I have not heard from them at all about coming out to install. One would think that it would be the responsible thing to do, to keep in touch with a customer. I did verify my deposit check given to them with HomeAdvisor, etc. At this point just want my $1000. Back, as I am not comfortable at all with HomeFix Custom Remodeling. Otherwise, I will pursue other channels after today. Our recommendation is DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. - Chris Q.

Very professional. They came out to the house and sat down with my wife and I and completely explained the entire process. When the representative left we were not scratching our heads wonder what we were just told. The representative answered all of our questions in a courteous and professional manner. He did not try to feed us a line of bull, he just presented the facts and let them speak for themselves. They were prompt, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Top notch company! I would recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for making the process painless.

They have not performed any work at this point, but Isaac was very engaging, knowledgable, and completely committed to his company and the service/support we'll receive. Based on that alone, so far Homefix Custom Remodeling (HCR) has scored all '5's' in my book!

They are extremely professional and deliver a very high quality product. We hired them to replace a sliding glass door. From start to finish, I was kept informed of how things were progressing. The cost was a little more than I hoped for, but I have learned that you get what you pay for. When the door was installed, everything was explained from start to finish and let me know that if I had any issues at all, just to give them a call and they would come out and make it right. I highly recommend them.
