Rocos experience in the field enabled him to give me an excellent understanding of the ins-and-outs of the inspection of my house. I was especially glad to have had my knob and tube electrical identified for me and be aware of the problems associated with that and my box where my fuses are.

From the time I first spoke to Rocco he was professional, answered all of my questions and anxious to help with my inspection. Unlike other individuals I was having my home inspected prior to putting on the market. I wanted to ensure when I did sell nothing would come up in the buyers home inspection. Rocco informed me of any and all issues while we went through the house as well as a detailed report that followed less than 24 hours. Rocco did an amazing job. He was on time, thorough and responsive. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had been very anxious about this whole process, but Rocco made us feel at ease immediately. He answered all of our questions during the inspection and sent a very thorough report in less than 48 hours. Unfortunately the house needed lot of repairs and we decided to walk away, but we will definitely be using Rocco when we find another house. I would highly recommend Rocco to anyone looking for a house inspection!
