I am a certified Master inspector that has successfully completed over 3,500 property inspections I am a former general contractor with 15 years experience that knows more about houses then your average inspector. I include a free indoor air quality test that other inspectors charge up to $250 for. I also give my customers a free 90 day Home and termite warranty to guarantee that the property is in as good a condition when you close as it was when you purchased it I also do a recall check on all appliances and mechanical systems to make sure they are safe. You will then get a detailed computer generated inspection report with pictures of any issues. I do not ask to be paid until after I have completed your inspection and answered all of your questions.
