About us
I have 41 years of experience in the building and construction business. I have 11 years of experience in property management. I recently certified in Home Inspections under the ASHI (American, Standards of Home INspections) standards of Practice and with the ICA (Inspection Certification Association). Though I have served as a school teacher for most of my career, I have always enjoyed constructions activities during my free summertime. I have served in the community as a city council member, a city recreation president, a sports coach, and a scoutmaster. It is currently my desire to help as many people as I can - that they might have the home of their dreams. I hope to be affordable and at the same time be effective in helping home purchasers buy a home without buying hidden problems. I am easy to work with and will add additional services in order to please my customers. .
