Thorough (visual) inspection. Provides a good short-list of things to look to improve and things you can ask for (if hiring as the home-buyer), and gives each item a good explanation. I was impressed how many home-repair items were presented in terms of "you can do this" and not "you can hire this contractor."

Inspector was on time and through with it his job. Answered all questions and even gave an option when asked.

RON IS A ROCKSTAR! And incredibly professional, detailed and thorough. I was looking for a home inspector for my first home and talking to multiple unprofessional businesses, I was over it. Ron called me and was extremely professional and walked me through the ins and outs of his home inspection service. The day of Ron arrived early and was walking around the property already taking notes and photos. Throughout his inspection, Ron took the time to talk to me about things he was seeing around the house and provided professional opinion. He was extremely thorough inspecting every nook and cranny of the home. After the home inspection, Ron provided a detailed copy of his inspection and an overview. Being a first time, home buyer can be extremely daunting. Ron made this part of the process SO EASY and at a reasonable price. 10000000% recommend!!!!

Ron was fantastic, he arrived well before the scheduled time and did a very thorough job. He took pictures and explained things as he went through the condo. Ron is very friendly and was more than happy to let me know the approximate lives and remaining expected life of the appliances, water heater and furnace. Also, providing tips on where to place carbon monoxide detectors and the top items that I would need and where to find them at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Ron for future estimates.
