Multi-Services RGV

Disappointed on the tile work. 1,300 sq feet that was replaced was left a mess. A lot of lippage, torn walls, stained walls. Did not expectsuch bad work for the amount paid. Costly project down the drain. Will need to save again to get it redone.

Experience was great! Will hire again if needed.

I use Multi Services RGV for several things on a home I purchased. They put in new flooring, recessed lights and painted the interior as well as a portion of an exterior carport. Carlos, the owner, did a fantastic job in working with me and his guys did a tremendous job overall. I believe his prices are reasonable. My only mistake was, as I added a few things along the way, I did not request a running total so the final price was more than Iâ d planned. The other thing Iâ d do differently is ensure all work was done before the flooring went in. There are a few areas where the flooring was damaged when work was done after it was laid. Carlos has been great to work with and Iâ m confident itâ ll be fixed once I get back to the valley, as I had to leave for a few weeks in Dallas. They did a good job on painting, the recessed lights with dimmers that I requested are amazing, and the flooring is beautiful. Carlos was also good at making sure I got the contractor discount for pricing on flooring. I would definitely recommend Multi Services RGV!

The owner, Carlos Navarro and his team of professionals were top notch! They got a lot of attention to detail and were very easy to work with. Carlos was always available to take my calls and returned them in a very timely manner. His honesty and transparency were greatly appreciated. His team of highly skilled painters, electricians and plumbers were very focused on doing the best job to produce a beautiful result. I would definitely hire them again!
