He was very busy and arrived late in the evening, but I was home, so no big deal. I was very pleased that he arrive the same day he responded to my request. I know that I am fortunate to get someone to arrive so quickly, given that this is a busy time for HVAC people.

Dale was very professional. Arrived within hours of contact. Was able to repair the A/C fan motor instead of replacing it with a new one that saved me money. I had called another HVAC company and it was going to take them 10 days to get it serviced. Highly recommended !
