Romero is very careful, very responsible. He cleaned everything up after he was done. He completed the project in the time he said he would. I would recommend him to others.

Romero is a very hard worker. He painted inside and outside my house and he also fixed settlement cracks so that you couldnâ t tell they were there. Very professional job.

Terrible experience. Poor quality work. Asked them to come correct issues with workmanship on poorly stained door and he would no accept full responsibility. Said that door was burned so it would not take stain well. Never mentioned this while staining door. Asked for additional money to do it again. I would not recommend this company.

The painter from R and S Painting seemed to do his work according to the previous condition of the property. Since my home is an old structure which required extra work, he cut corners and did some of his work poorly. He defended his sloppy painting by pointing to the fact that paint was already on the bricks and on the soffit screens. He also promised to replace the soffit screens but did not do the work as expected. I have had to pay another worker to get the repair he failed to do. When I complained about some of his work, his defense was to show me pictures of new houses he has worked on. Painters and other workers who have seen his work on my home have described it as messy and overcharged. I agree. He even allowed his young niece to help him paint even though she has no skills. Overall, it appears he had very little regard for a lot of the work he did at my house. From a distance the work appears to be good, but it does not hold up under scrutiny. I pointed out a number of problems he attempted to leave behind, but I also missed some others. As a result, I am disappointed in his lack of honesty and his lack of pride in his work at my home.
