They responded quickly to my inquiry, made a reasonable quote for the work, and followed through as arranged. Very good experience.

They were 2 hours late showing up. Since this is my rental property, my daughter had to sit in her car for this time waiting for them. She had other obligations and had to leave after they removed the broken window. They returned and placed the window in the frame, but it was not properly installed since they could not get into the property, They were supposed to arrange a time with my renters to come back and install the window, but never did. He ended up fixing it himself.

Project was on time and I was satisfied with the results.

The service was hired to dissassemble and move a storage shed from one city to another, and then reassemble it. The move was delayed, with no phone call, the roof material destroyed without our approval, and debris was left all over the yard. Excuses were made about a phone not being charged.....that is no excuse. We should have been consulted adn kept informed. That is just good business.

John Homer is intelligent and responsible...a pleasure to work with. He listened to our ideas for our fence and offered suggestions that made worthwhile improvements. He maintained a high standard of work among his helpers. We are pleased with the final project. The price was reasonable.

Easy to get in contact with, showed up on time, very friendly. They explained what was wrong instead of just fixing it and billing me, which I appreciated it. They also charged exactly how much they said they were going to, and gave me the receipt for items purchased. Their hourly service charge was comparable to most in their field. They were also very friendly to my dogs. This was one of the rare great experiences with an independent contractor!

I was amazed that I rec'd the initial call for support literally seconds after submitting the request for help. The screen door repair was, at first, not what I had intended (different material) but the owner was exceptionally accommodating and made a replacement the very next business day after my callback.

I hired Homer's Handyman service to childproof the canyon deck of my new house. I wanted someone knowledgeable in child safety and with strong carpentry skills - I wanted a solution that preserved the deck's view and open feel. They definitely delivered. John provided me with different alternatives at different price points and let me decide the way to go. The finished deck turned out beautifully. He and his crew are extremely knowledgeable, reliable and I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I already booked them to refinish my front deck and doors, build a new stairway down to the hot tub, plus a few more projects. They are good!
