Lighthouse Painting Company is a locally owned and operated company based out of Farmington, NY We are known for our exceptional customer service and integrity in all work we perform. We specialize in interior painting both residential and commercial. as well as carpentry repairs. As a retired school principal, I have had many years of experience dealing with the public and truly understand high standards. I have had ten years of experience in the the home remodeling and painting business and have had superior ratings from my customers. I treat people the way I want to be treated.

Lighthouse was a pleasure to work with. Ted showed up on an ugly, rainy and windy day to spec the job (whole house power washing), his quote was good and the result fantastic!

Very affordable quote. Easy to schedule on my timeframe. Showed up on time and did excellent professional work painting. Also did some drywall repair in multiple places at a reasonable extra charge. Completed on time even with extras added, and did an excellent job cleaning up. Would highly recommend for any painting project.

He acted like he knew exactly what needed to be done for the job walking the building multiple times and asking a lot of really detailed questions. On day 1 he requested a 50% deposit and told me he would need to charge us double. He claimed that his work on the project accounted for the 50% deposit and tried to even charge us more. I hired another painter on the project. He did it for the amount that this company quoted with no change orders. If I felt like going through the issue further I would file action against him but it would not be worth it.

Powerwashing
Ted and his two workers did an excellent job of fixing and painting the tudor trim of the front on my home. Also, painted the garage door. Power washed the entire house and painted one side of the house that moss had developed.

I appreciate how Ted responded promptly to my request for an estimate. Ted, Julio, and Edgar are hard workers. They were punctual and professional. I found them to be meticulous as they carried out their work. They repaired my cracked windows panes as well as made the exterior of my home beautiful. I would recommend them.

I am a construction project manager and carpenter by trade with 30 years experience and hired these guys to do demo in my home. Ted and his crew were professional, onTime, and thoughtful of our concerns and needs while demoing our kitchen and bathroom. Went exactly how he promised it would in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company for demo or painting anytime. Additionally my wife was not sure how this was going to go while we were living here she was impressed and happy. Happy wife happy life. Lighthouse Painting Company was recommended to from a friend. I placed a call and Ted took down my information and came the next day to look at the project. The ceiling had a crack the across the room that needed to be repaired and painted. At the same time, I asked for a price to paint the rest of the room. That night I received an E-mail with the price. I asked if they could start the following Monday. It took 4 days to repair the ceiling and to paint the rest of the room. A clean and wonderful job.

I hired Ted and his crew for repainting our kitchen cabinets which he did an excellent job on and them came out looking new. Teds work was so good and timely, I also had him help with renovation of our basement which he drywalled and painted. Ted and team were timely, clean and were a pleasure to work with. I will be working with them again in the future.
