I was given 4 different start dates within a 4 month span and he never showed up to any of them after collecting the 6595.87 deposit which he agreed to return but never did.

Kelly at home advisor called me 2 days ago regarding this matter, pulled up the police report that I provided yet this review still came up on my reviews. As far as you Sarah F. I would like to know who you wrote the check to? It was not Homes by Dawn Davide. Kelly assured me she was on the phone with you and the check was not written to my company."

Do not give this company a down payment for any work. Months ago I gave Homes by Dawn Davide a large down payment for towards a 2 car garage project, now they will not take or return my calls. Nothing has been done to date. I selected this company at first because of their reviews and the fact that they represent themselves as a woman-owned, veteran-run organization. What a mistake.

Invite these folks for dinner they are so nice, but DON NOT let them do work for you. I was not going to write a review at all, but my wife and I are still in deep regret about the tile work this outfit tried to do. Every day I walk into my bathroom, I want to pay someone to rip all the tile out and start over. They started the project on 4/29 and finished 6/14. Fortunately, other contractors did good work and make the room tolerable.

Contractor came out on 4/2 and I gave deposit. Has not started job and he keeps saying he will come on certain day but no show or call. if they are given a quote run in the opposite direction. Not trustworthy at all. Erik states he is retired military but I have never dealt with anyone so untrustworthy as he is
